Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir in cottage cheese and egg until a dough forms.
4. Divide dough into 6 parts and shape each into a bagel.
5. Add optional toppings and place on baking sheet.
6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and firm.
